HALL BOOKING CHARGES from 1st January 2008 to 31st December 2008

OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL KITCHEN FACILITIES, CROCKERY ETC.

BOOKING TIMES SHOULD ALLOW TIME FOR SETTING UP & CLEARING AWAY BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SESSION

When a caretaker is required solely for these facilities, an additional charge will be made.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• There is a MINIMUM BOOKING CHARGE of 2 hours for all bookings
• Sunday bookings may incur an increased hourly charge of £3.00
• There is a DAMAGE DEPOSIT payable in advance for party bookings. This Deposit is returnable in full during the week following the party if there is no damage.
• Bookings continuing after 10.00 pm will incur an extra charge of £3.50 per hour.
• All functions operating a pay bar will need to make an application for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) to Horsham District Council well in advance. We shall need to see this licence.
• Bookings cancelled at short notice will incur a charge at the Trustees' discretion.
• If catering is required, you wll need to make your own arrangements. We shall be pleased to provide a list of Caterers.
• Hirers will need to provide their own tea/coffee etc and tea towels.
• There is an overhead projector and screen available at no extra charge.
• Free Broadband Connection in Arun/Rother Halls
• Hearing Loop available in Arun Hall
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES
• ALL FIRE EXITS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR
