Halls

	Our main hall, with access to south terrace and Downs views. Large modern kitchen adjoins together with a small bar servery. An ideal venue for major celebratory events, entertainments, seminars and lectures.
	This is accessed through a small courtyard directly off the main car park. Adjoins main kitchen with large serving hatch into hall.
	A self contained hall with separate porched entrance, small kitchenette with hatch, male and female toilets and access to south terrace.
	A small hall with both kitchenette and toilet facilities on adjoining landing. Ideal for parties for infants and as a small meeting room for adults.
	A small room upstairs from the front door. It has a kitchenette and toilet and is an ideal small meeting room for adults. Please note that there is no wheelchair access.

A caretaker will be on duty throughout your hire session. He is there to assist and advise.

There is wheelchair access to all areas except for the Conference Room and there are toilets for the disabled on both levels.

A baby change facility is located in the ground floor toilet for the disabled.

The entire building is a NO SMOKING AREA. Your guests who wish to smoke must go outside.

With the exception of guide dogs, no animals are allowed within the building.
