Hall Booking Charges

OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL KITCHEN FACILITIES, CROCKERY ETC.

BOOKING TIMES SHOULD ALLOW TIME FOR SETTING UP & CLEARING AWAY BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SESSION

When a caretaker is required solely for these facilities, an additional charge will be made.

BOOKING INFORMATION

	There is a MINIMUM BOOKING CHARGE of 2 hours for all bookings
	Saturday & Sunday bookings may incur an increased hourly charge of £3.00
	There is a DAMAGE DEPOSIT payable in advance for party bookings. This Deposit is returnable in full during the week following the party if there is no damage.
	Bookings continuing after 10.00 pm will incur an extra charge of £3.50 per hour.
	All functions operating a pay bar will need to make an application for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) to Horsham District Council well in advance. We shall need to see this licence.
	Bookings cancelled at short notice will incur a charge at the Trustees' discretion.
	If catering is required, you will need to make your own arrangements. We shall be pleased to provide a list of Caterers.
	Hirers will need to provide their own tea/coffee etc and tea towels.
	There is an overhead projector and screen available at no extra charge.
